SHIPPING TO USA & CANADA

Help and Facts

Shipping costs to all USA regions is $25 and for each extra pair in the same shipment we will charge $15 each pair.

O’KEEFFE will cover / pay the customs charges for the value of your order.

 

TAXES & DUTY

– Your purchase will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid)

  TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

When we ship your order, we will email you with the airway bill number and the shipping company that we will use so that you can track its journey online.

Please add your telephone number in full in the notes section, the courier needs this information

 

CARD PAYMENTS

As we are shipping directly from Italy, we may need to check your card details prior to shipping for authorisation.

If there are any problems, we will contact you immediately.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

–  East Coast deliveries we expect a 2 day delivery window.

–  West Coast 2-4 days.

–  Please note that more remote regions can take an extra day but we will always aim for the best possible timings and inform you of the Courier contact.

–  Customs delays can happen but in these rare cases, we will contact you by email.

 

SHIPMENT INSURANCE – PLEASE READ

– We insure your purchase from transit to delivery.

– You must sign for your delivery, we take your signature as evidence that you have received your goods and after that insurance is your responsibility.

 

 

RETURNING PURCHASES

– Returns are free of charge

– Please be sure to use the original packaging and shoe box contents

–  We will not accept shoes that have been worn
