We all sometimes buy things we regret, even when shopping for high quality shoes, like O’Keeffe. You may have ordered the wrong size or colour, or you just don’t like how they look on. Whatever the reason, you have 14 days to send your shoes back.
To return your purchase, put your unworn shoes back into the box, then an firstname.lastname@example.org and follow the instructions we’ll send to you.
The packaging should be intact, including cards, shoehorn, shoelaces etc.
Shipping is free.
To ask for a refund, write an e-mail to email@example.com, explaining the motives behind your request.
We issue refunds immediately after we receive your package and make sure that everything is in order. Depending on your bank, the sum can take up to 15 days to be credited. We’ll also send you the credit note and a copy of the refund.
