If you live in the EU, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with written notice within 14 days of your order being received and signed for at the delivery address.You have 14 Days, after O’KEEFFE Shoes accepts the Cancellation Request, to send back the item.Please note that if you try to return your shipment after it has been shipped, you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our returns policy does not apply to orders cancelled under the ICACRs. If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact us via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
for a RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER (RAN). Please add your NAME and ORDER NUMBER. Once we have issued a RAN, please print our email with the Return Authorisation Number and put inside the returning shipment box.Refund credits must match the original payment method. We will not refund to other named recipients or PayPal accounts. You should receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your returned item/s. EXCHANGE
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size. Shipping is free on the replacement item, however, if your shipment is outside EU You will need to pay taxes and duty in this.All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you a decide to keep them. Shoes should be returned as new and in their original box and packaging. Shoes that are returned without a box or with marked soles or leather may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. TAXES/CUSTOMS
As stated, we will not be shipping outside the EU, however, if we make an exception for this rule via written consent from O’KEEFFE, please note that ALL customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. This may be not available for all countries, so we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish claim back duties on returned merchandise.
